1. We beve contacted Ir. Davidson by telephone advising bin
that we cannot resolve his problem concerning the space message and |
its transmitter because records on the matter Lave been destroyed
by the evaluating agency. Lavidson accepted this statenent with the
comment that he bad been told this before, thet he now bad a second
article for publication concerming Air Force bandling of spacs sight-.
ings in the bands of the Pentagon security review people (which he
thought vas mild enough to pess them), and he himted thet he night

2. We appreciate that there have been many cooks in the Kitchen -
