This document is an FBI FD-1057, a form the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) uses to record investigative activity. This FD-1057 documents a November 2024 site survey of a location where a U.S. person reported observing unidentified anomalous phenomena multiple times over the previous three years. The subject matter described in files FBI-UAP-D004 through FBI-UAP-D008 and depicted in the video footage FBI-UAP-PR001 through FBI-UAP-PR003 corresponds to reports originating from the same general area in the northeastern United States. Redactions have been made to protect the identity of eyewitnesses, the location of government facilities, or potentially sensitive information about military sites not related to UAP. No redactions have been made to any files released under President Trump's directive concerning information about the nature or existence of any encounter reported as a UAP or related phenomena.

previously provided recordings. | | took agents down into a wooded area
approximately 200 yards from P| home, where | | has has a trail
camera affixed. This camera has captured UAP activity facing West of
GM ome. Within the wooded area, there were signs to indicate the
area was restricted from hunting or fishing as well as a stone wall
running south to north,

| | ; showed agents around Mn ome and indicated areas where iii

had seen UAP activity over Ps P| stated that there is a

trail that goes around P but the trail does not run through
the area where J has seen UAP activity. Upon observation, it appeared

that multiple homes along fF ssCS@S which is to the east of P|

| | would have line of sight to the area where | | has observed UAP

activity.
